About YFS

YFS (Your Family Services) is a community organisation in Logan, QLD providing support across homelessness, youth services, legal aid, family support, and community wellbeing. Their Homelessness Outreach team goes directly to wherever people are sleeping rough across the Logan region.

How They Can Help

Homelessness Outreach

The outreach team provides direct support to people sleeping rough in parks, vehicles, tents, and temporary shelters. They assist in breaking down barriers to stable accommodation, linking people with housing and support services.

Outreach Hours

Monday–Wednesday, Friday: 6am – 8pm
Thursday: 6am – 9pm
Saturday: 7am – 1:30pm

Emergency Relief

YFS provides emergency relief services including food assistance via YFS Street Meals — pop-up meals and services across Logan.

YFS Legal

Free legal advice and support through YFS Legal on (07) 3826 1599 — covering a range of civil and family law matters for people in the Logan area.

Youth & Family Services

YFS supports young people and families across Logan with counselling, general support services, and community connection programs.

Women's Support

Dedicated support services for women in the Logan community.
