Hey everyone! I’m Praveen. Excited to share a quick update on my recent experience working with Mobilise on a short-term project over the past few months. I’m a Project Consultant at 180 Degrees Consulting - Monash and a grad student at Monash Uni.

Over the past three months, I’ve had this incredible opportunity to work with Mobilise on a short-term consulting project focused on strengthening long-term volunteer engagement to enhance its community impact and providing recommendations on marketing and outreach strategy. One theme that consistently stood out throughout our journey was community integration, specifically how Mobilise can foster it to increase volunteer engagement.

It has been incredibly rewarding to contribute to an organisation so deeply rooted in social good and driven by its purpose. I can’t wait to see how Mobilise brings these ideas to life and continues to build strategic partnerships as part of its marketing and outreach strategy.

Special thanks to @Jake Hamilton and @Hrishi Thatiot for all the support throughout the project.

Here’s a picture from our final session after sharing our recommendations and wrapping up the report. Looking forward to joining my first Outreach this week in Melbourne, see you all there!
