A Quick Introduction: Excited to Join as an Outreach Coordinator!

Hi everyone,

I’m Daniel Wong from Brisbane, and I recently came across the opportunity to volunteer as an Outreach Coordinator with Mobilise while exploring ways to give back to the community.

I have a background in sales and leadership, and since COVID, I’ve become increasingly aware of how easily anyone can find themselves facing homelessness. Through my research and education, I’ve come to understand the systematic challenges of breaking the cycle of homelessness in Australia.

Despite these challenges, I feel fortunate to be in a position where I can support not only those experiencing homelessness but also incredible volunteers like all of you who dedicate your time to making a difference.

I’m looking forward to getting to know you all, especially other Queensland locals! If someone could guide me on the roles and responsibilities of an Outreach Coordinator and help me access the Coordinator Training private space, I’d be very grateful.

Thank you, and I’m excited to be part of this team!
