A million small acts make light work. Even walking past and noticing counts.

Be respectful

Treat everyone—online and offline—with dignity and kindness.

Protect privacy

Don't name or identify people you connect with. Don't share identifying details. Do share conversations, learnings, and resources.

Share honestly

The awkward moments matter too. Being honest about the times it didn't go well helps everyone.

Support each other

Ask questions. Share what you know. Celebrate wins. Acknowledge the hard bits.

Out in the Community

Trust your instincts

If a situation doesn't feel right, step back. You can always leave.

Look after yourself

Know what you're up for today. It's okay to say "not today."

Give space

Some people have been isolated for a long time. They might not be ready for connection. Don't take it personally.
